Shipping Terms

Elementomar Store requires up to 7 (seven) business days to process your order. The delivery time starts to be counted after the internal processing and invoicing of the order and varies according to the delivery location and the shipping method chosen during checkout: PAC, SEDEX, or CARRIER.

The shipping cost depends on the selected product and the delivery location, and is the full responsibility of the customer. Please note that after the issuance of the invoice, no changes to the delivery address will be allowed. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate information in their registration.

If your order is returned by the postal service with indications such as "invalid address," "unknown recipient," "moved," "owner not found," or something similar, the costs of reposting will be the buyer's responsibility. You can check the status of your order at any time on the website.

Delivery Conditions

Our deliveries are made Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM, except on local and national holidays.

The delivery time starts from the dispatch of the goods, and the tracking link will be sent to your registered email and WhatsApp.

Important Conditions:

• Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

• It is the customer's responsibility to provide a delivery address where the carrier can deliver. Therefore, it is essential to include reference points and valid phone contacts to facilitate delivery.

• Delivery may be made to third parties, such as family members, neighbors, or doormen, or with your authorization.

• Upon receiving the goods, check the packaging to ensure it is intact. Verify that the address and recipient's name on the package are correct. Take photos of the labels, and if there is any discrepancy, refuse the goods and immediately inform Elementomar via our customer service channel, sending the photos and reporting the issue.

Delivery Address:

Providing correct registration information, including the address, is the buyer's responsibility at the time of purchase on the website. The company has no control over the information provided. The order is shipped to the address provided by the customer during the order. If the product is delivered to the provided address, it is considered completed. If you wish to request a refund, the package must be retrieved from the registered address and returned to the logistics location provided by the store.

ABSENT CUSTOMER

Carriers will attempt delivery 3 times at the registered address. If the customer is absent for all 3 attempts, the goods will be returned to our warehouse, and a new shipping charge will apply for re-delivery.

Once notified about the status on your order tracking, you can contact the store immediately so the support team can guide and resolve the situation.

ADDRESS NOT FOUND

The first step is to contact Elementomar immediately, providing reference points, residence details, valid phone numbers, and, if possible, a location link. After sending the information to the carrier, it may take up to 3 business days for a new attempt.

If the address is still not found, you can provide an alternative address within the same city.

RETURN

In the case of a return, you can request a refund of the order amount or a reshipment by contacting us. Please note that for refund requests, you must wait for confirmation of the return from the carrier to our company. Once the return confirmation is received, the amount will be processed by the finance department. If reshipment is requested, the situation will be analyzed.

Elementomar is responsible for the products shipped during the transit until the goods are delivered. We emphasize that it is the customer's responsibility to monitor the order tracking and immediately notify the store if the goods are delivered incorrectly.
